The position of Recycling & Collections Manager at IMPACT Community Services involves overseeing recycling and collection facilities, coordinating staff and operations, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable operation. To Make a Difference in This Role, You Will Have

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of qualifications, skills, and experience. This includes a First Aid Certificate, experience working with people with disabilities, business management acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to manage complex negotiations, is essential.
