We are excited to offer two entry-level Business Administration Traineeships in our expanding community services organisation. The positions will be located in Bundaberg. If you are new to the workforce, re-entering the workforce, or would like to acquire skills in the administration area, you are encouraged to apply.
You will work as part of a dynamic team, building a range of knowledge, skills, and experience. You will be placed in administration trainee roles across IMPACT. Your employment may include time in the Registered Training Organisation, IMPACT Academy, Material Recovery Centre, New Image Laundry and our marketing department.
As a Trainee, you will complete a Certificate I in Workplace skills. While most of your training will happen on the job, you will also be allocated time to complete workbooks with guidance from your workplace trainer. The traineeship is 22 weeks full-time, and you will enjoy the benefit of working a 9-day fortnight, 38-hour week. Traineeship wages apply and will range from junior to senior rates according to the level of schooling and the number of years out of school. Wages range is $398.70 - $809.70
You will need to provide your own transport to and from the IMPACT Community Services office you are employed in each day.
