About our coaches

We have a vacancy available until 30 June 2027 for an enthusiastic Coach based in our Bundaberg office.

As a Coach, you'll play a vital role in helping people build confidence, develop new skills, and take positive steps towards meaningful employment. This is a rewarding role for someone who loves connecting with people, motivating others, and making a real difference in their community.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with local employment service providers and community organisations to recruit eligible participants
  • Support clients to create professional resumes, cover letters, and access online learning opportunities
  • Deliver engaging one-on-one coaching and group workshops focused on job readiness and interview skills
  • Motivate and empower clients to overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve their employment goals
  • Help participants develop practical and transferable skills that improve their job prospects
  • Provide ongoing support to both clients and employers during the early stages of employment success

About you

We're looking for a bright, bubbly and people-focused professional who thrives on helping others succeed. You'll be a self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys building relationships, and brings positive energy to everything you do.

You'll ideally have:

  • A passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and reach their potential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage people from diverse backgrounds
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, or coaching in a supportive group environment
  • Strong digital skills and confidence using online learning platforms and technology
  • Experience supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment, training, or participation
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and networking skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a small, close-knit team
