About the opportunity 

We have casual roles available at our locations in Bundaberg and Qunaba with a view to a permanent position. As a Sorter, you will:

  • Serve customers returning used bottles and cans (which attract a 10 cent return)
  • Identify, sort and count product
  • Process transactions online
  • Perform data entry and credit customers' online accounts
  • Transfer product around the site with a forklift
  • Perform manual tasks
  • Maintain a safe and tidy workplace
  • Work Saturdays as needed

About you 

We are looking for team members who can:

  • Operate a forklift in a busy environment and hold a current LF ticket
  • Work independently at times as well as within a small team with minimal supervision
  • Provide face to face customer service
  • Follow WH&S practices and procedures

To enjoy working at our Container Refund Points, you will have strong skills in:

  • Numeracy and data entry
  • Manual handling
