Our Customer Service Officer - Administration provides an exceptional customer experience for everyone who contacts the customer service team based at our Bundaberg head office. As the first point of contact, you will be the ambassador of our vision, mission and values.

The role of Customer Service Officer – Administration has a primary focus of:

  • Customer service
  • Reception administration
  • Support for the Customer Service Co-ordinator in relation to resource administration
  • Implementing reception operations and procedures in an environment where confidentiality, responsiveness, efficiency and service are essential.

You will do this by:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal customers to cultivate a thorough knowledge of our organisational structure and the programs/services IMPACT offer.
  • Showcase your office administration talents by being across our busy reception day to day processes and requirements.
  • Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

  • A track record in maintaining positive public relations with visitors, clients, staff and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Substantial experience in administration and reception roles 
  • A willingness to rapidly acquire an understanding of IMPACT's diverse programs/services.
