About the Employment Services Manager

This is a leadership role with a mix of strategic direction and oversight of operational delivery by teams in multiple locations across the Wide Bay region. On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Drive the planning and delivery of Workforce Australia services to clients in various locations
• Lead, coach and develop teams to provide a client focused service within the local labour market
• Set, monitor and drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as government departments and community groups
• Ensure governance standards are maintained and contract compliance is achieved across all service areas

About you

To be successful in the role you will bring:

• Extensive knowledge and experience of Employment Services programs
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong KPI and performance management capability
• Knowledge and experience in managing contracts and budgets
