Are you passionate about helping people build confidence, develop new skills, and move toward meaningful employment? We’re looking for a dedicated Mentor in our Workforce Australia program to support customers on their journey into the workforce through a holistic, strengths‑based approach.
As a Mentor, you will guide customers through tailored pre‑employment and job‑readiness activities, delivered both individually and in group settings. You will play a key role in building their skills, confidence, and motivation, coordinating a range of activities that support them to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
