General Manager Health & Support
Due to retirement, we are seeking to appoint a General Manager Health & Support based in our Bundaberg office.
The role oversees programs and services for children, families, elderly residents, jobseekers and in community health and in mental health. This is a leadership role with autonomy, variety and influence across the Hervey Bay, Wide Bay, Burnett and Discovery Coast regions.
Ensuring the delivery of services and achievement of KPIs across diverse fields means that no two days are the same. You will lead staff, approve budgets and ensure compliance with legislation and contracts. This executive role provides strategic input and planning and provides outputs via teamwork with the staff, the Executive Leadership team and the Board of Directors.
