About the Position

IMPACT Community Services is seeking a dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role requires working from our office, ensuring hands-on coordination and support for NDIS participants. You will be responsible for managing, planning, monitoring, and reporting on service delivery to both new and existing participants. Key duties include developing positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders, linking participants to community and mainstream services, and managing NDIS budgets to meet service user goals. Additionally, you will attract new participants through networking and marketing, liaise with statutory bodies, and investigate suitable options for participants’ recreational, career, or accommodation needs.

To make a difference in this role, you will have experience in the following:

  • Attracting new participants through networking and marketing efforts.
  • Maintaining effective coordination of support for service users under the NDIS Act 2015.
  • Developing positive relationships with participants, their families, and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Managing NDIS budgets and coordinating participant plans to meet their goals.
