About the role
As the Recycling & Collections (R&C) Operations Manager, on a daily basis you will:
Manage the operations of our facility at University Drive, Bundaberg
Coordinate the delivery of programs to the Bundaberg Regional Council, COEX and for the Drum Muster and Agri Bags
Lead staff and employees with a disability
Coordinate work schedules, preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, stock, consumable products and logistics to and from suppliers and customers
Manage to a budget and quality standards
Salary packaging up to $18,550 per year

Waste management and/or the recycling industry
Delivering on time, on budget and to required standards
Staff management and rostering
Conducting complex negotiations and influencing people at all levels

Managing maintenance schedules
Meeting WH&S requirements for teams in a heavy machinery or industrial environment
Business management, business development and sales
To be successful, you will have great skills in:
Delivering multiple tasks
Microsoft Office applications
Communicating with a wide variety of people
