Cashless Debit Card

Supporting you to live your best life

If you were a CDC cardholder, you have transitioned to the new system and can continue using the Cashless Debit Card until you obtain a SmartCard. This transition aims to provide individuals with improved financial management tools and greater flexibility while ensuring essential needs are met.

Cashless Debit Card

In recent years, the Cashless Debit Card (CDC) has been a significant component of income management programs aimed at providing financial assistance and support to eligible individuals. However, as of March 23, 2023, the CDC program has come to a close. If you were a CDC cardholder at the program's end and meet the eligibility criteria, you have now transitioned to the enhanced Income Management system, which introduces the new SmartCard.

Enhanced Income Management:

Enhanced Income Management is a continuation of the support provided by the CDC program. If you were previously on the CDC, you will now be on enhanced Income Management. This system aims to assist individuals in managing their finances responsibly while ensuring their essential needs are met. It provides a level of financial control and oversight to help recipients make informed choices.
