Are you on the Cashless Debit Card and in need of support to turn your life around or get through a rough patch?

As the CDC Local Partner, we are available to provide free face-to-face support to residents of Bundaberg. Our dedicated Customer Service Centre can help you manage your Cashless Debit Card and account including what to do if you need a replacement card or help you with balance checking.

Our specialist support workers can assist to support your individual needs, which may include assistance to access appropriate services such as financial counselling, education, training and communication with landlords and real estates.
