IMPACT Community Services is proud to offer the Foundations for Life program, providing essential antenatal and postnatal care for vulnerable and at-risk women aged under 25 years and their partners. Our goal is to improve access to high-quality maternity care and support positive health behaviours during and after pregnancy.

Our Services Include:

• Group Sessions and Workshops

We focus on helping young mothers and their families achieve optimal maternal and infant health, ensuring a strong start for the next generation.

Meet the Midwife

We host free, regular appointments with our friendly, qualified midwife. These sessions provide ongoing care and support, ensuring you see the same midwife each week for continuity throughout your pregnancy. Our midwife collaborates closely with local hospitals to provide comprehensive care.
