Course Overview

Train face-to-face with industry professionals at IMPACT Community Services and build real-world skills in our fully equipped commercial kitchen.

To achieve this qualification, you will complete written assessments, case studies, and practical assessments and a minimum of 12 service periods in our on-site commercial café. This qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality establishments like restaurants, hotels, clubs, cafés, and more.
