Train face-to-face with experienced trainers at IMPACT Community Services and develop practical hospitality skills in our fully equipped commercial kitchen and café. This nationally recognised qualification prepares you to work in a range of hospitality settings while building skills in food preparation, customer service, barista operations, food safety, teamwork and service delivery.
You’ll complete written and practical assessments and at least 36 service periods in our on-site commercial café, giving you the experience and knowledge to gain skills for a career in various hospitality establishments like restaurants, hotels, clubs, cafés and more.
