Are you looking for a new leadership challenge?

IMPACT’s WORKFit program is looking for an experienced Manager to support a team of 7 to deliver a suite of four employment and training programs to support jobseekers in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay. Programs are a mix of one-on-one and groups designed to build resilience, digital literacy and provide on the job support. If you have the passion to see people succeed and are an excellent communicator able to support your team to deliver results, then this is the opportunity for you.

You will be flexible, take the initiative and not be scared to try something new. You will enjoy a challenge and be vocal on ideas to support change and continuous improvement. You will be comfortable working alone to deliver your program’s results but also know you are part of a team. But most of all, you will know that what you do contributes to the bigger picture and that in this role you are making a difference by helping people be the best possible version of themselves.
