About the role

This role is focused on providing ongoing, one-on-one support to clients to help them overcome barriers, build confidence and progress towards meaningful and sustainable employment. Working closely with employers, community organisations and industry partners to create and secure employment opportunities, while also supporting employers to build and retain a capable workforce.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  1. Provide person-centred case management by building strong client relationships, identifying barriers, and supporting individuals toward sustainable employment.
  2. Develop and manage tailored employment plans, including assessments, goal setting, action plans, and regular progress reviews.
  3. Coach, motivate and support clients to overcome barriers such as confidence, wellbeing, training, transport, and other factors impacting employment.
  4. Engage with employers and secure employment opportunities through networking, relationship building, job matching, and business development activities.
  5. Maintain compliance and accurate records by ensuring all case notes, evidence, documentation and service delivery meet contractual and organisational requirements.
  6. Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships with employers, training providers and community organisations to create employment pathways and improve client outcomes.
