We are seeking a full-time Internal Auditor to join our Compliance, Risk and Administration team in Bundaberg. This role will focus on our Quality Management System framework and is responsible for scheduling, undertaking internal audits and self-assessments against the relevant accredited and non-accredited standards.

About the opportunity
We are seeking a passionate Youth Worker for our HERE program based in Bundaberg. This is a part-time (15hrs a week) role where you will provide one on one mentoring, facilitate empowering group activities, and collaborate with community stakeholders such as schools and GPs to deliver holistic support across the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service catchment. On a day-to-day basis you will:

About the opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Team Leader for our Mental Health program. This program provides operational support and guidance to the Mental Health Programs - Community Access, Community Navigators, HERE, Commonwealth Psychosocial Support and Group Based Peer Recovery Support Program.
About the role
- Monitor, mentor and assist the team to develop and follow processes to ensure the achievement of contractual Key Performance Indicators
- Compile internal and external reporting as directed by the Manager Mental Health or the Executive Team for review
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, relevant legislation and program policies.
- Ensure that the feedback & complaints management procedure is adhered to and support the team around any matters that require escalation.
- Coordinate resources for the team, e.g., vehicles, technology for participants
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of IMPACT’s programs and services to ensure other enquiries are promptly directed to the most appropriate area / member of staff.
- Share industry specific knowledge with the Mental Health programs, and Health & Support department.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate and lead internal program meetings.
About you
You are a community-focused professional with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives and wellbeing of others:
- Certificate IV in Community Services, Mental Health, Peer Work or similar vocation qualification or proof of current enrolment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy and judgement whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in leading teams
Desirable skills and experiences:
- Previous experience or undertaking vocational upskilling for Leadership
- Sound knowledge of support services in the local community
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Think, act calmly and deal sensitively with distress and unpredictable behaviour
