Course Overview

Learn face-to-face with industry professionals at IMPACT Community Services and gain hands-on experience.

This unit is designed so you learn the legal responsibilities of serving alcohol in Queensland and how to apply Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) practices in the workplace.

This course covers key requirements of Queensland liquor legislation, helping participants understand their obligations, identify situations where service must be refused, and contribute to a safe and responsible drinking environment.
