Trainer & Assessor - Disability

About the Position

Are you a passionate and skilled Trainer/Assessor ready to inspire learners and shape their futures? Based in Bundaberg, this full-time position at IMPACT Community Services focuses on delivering accredited and non-accredited training, conducting assessments, and supporting participants in their journey toward employment or further education. You will create an engaging learning experience through face-to-face sessions and virtual platforms, manage vocational placements, and ensure compliance with RTO standards. This role also involves maintaining your industry currency, providing student updates to stakeholders, and playing an integral part in IMPACT’s mission to build a caring and inclusive community. The position requires in-office presence, ensuring hands-on, impactful learning delivery.

To make a difference in this role, you will have experience in the following:

  • Delivering and assessing both accredited and non-accredited training programs.
  • Assisting students with enrolment and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Managing vocational placements and ensuring compliance with RTO standards.
  • Facilitating training via online platforms, face-to-face, and simulated workspaces.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and supporting individuals to achieve training objectives.
