Trainer & Assessor - Disability

Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities? IMPACT Community Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer & Assessor to join our Bundaberg team and help shape the next generation of disability support professionals as they complete their Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment for Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability).
  • Provide face-to-face training and organise vocational placements.
  • Connect with NDIS support organisations to ensure students gain real-world skills.
  • Support and mentor students to achieve their learning goals.

What You Need

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the disability sector.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with additional units or higher qualification.
  • Alternatively, actively working towards a Certificate IV in TAE40122 as per ASQA standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience in training within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is highly desirable.
