Founded in 1978, IMPACT Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening individuals, families and communities across Queensland. As a proud CoAct service partner since 2002, IMPACT has helped people overcome barriers, build confidence and create pathways to sustainable employment.

Through CoAct Connect, IMPACT delivers employment services that place people at the centre of everything we do. Our approach is practical, personalised and focused on helping job seekers achieve their goals while supporting employers to build capable, diverse and inclusive workforces.

Inclusive Employment Australia

Inclusive Employment Australia is the Australian Government's specialist disability employment program, delivered locally through a partnership between CoAct Connect and IMPACT Community Services.

We support people living with disability, injury, illness, mental health conditions or treated health conditions to prepare for, find, maintain and grow in employment.
