BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills

Course Overview

This nationally recognised Certificate II qualification introduces students to the workplace and helps them build the skills and knowledge needed for employment. Designed for people preparing to enter the workforce, the course develops practical business and administrative skills that can be applied in a variety of work settings.

Students attend face-to-face classes three days per week and participate in a mix of classroom learning, practical activities and assessments.

  • What You'll Learn
  • Access to a laptop or desktop with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This may be available through IMPACT facilities. If the training is delivered in the TECH hub, technology and internet is provided.
  • An email account.
  • Internet to access the eLearning platform where you will find learning materials and submit your work.
  • A Unique Student Identifier (USI) number.
  • All students are required to complete surveys during their course and within three months of completing or discontinuing the qualification.
