Fee-Free Training for Eligible Under 25s
Complete your Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) through a paid traineeship and gain a nationally recognised qualification while you work.
A traineeship in Individual Support gives you the opportunity to build real skills while working in a caring, person‑centred role. You’ll gain hands‑on experience every day in your workplace while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Your learning is woven into your normal work duties. You’ll complete a combination of written assessments, quizzes, case studies, practical demonstrations, workplace observations, and competency‑based activities designed to reflect the real support you provide on the job.
