A traineeship in Certificate III in Hospitality gives you the opportunity to build real skills while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience every day in your workplace while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Your learning is integrated into your normal work duties. You’ll complete a combination of written assessments, quizzes, practical tasks, workplace observations, projects, and competency-based activities designed to reflect the real work you perform on the job. You’ll develop skills in areas such as customer service, food and beverage service, teamwork, workplace safety, and hospitality operations.
Your trainer will visit you in the workplace to support your learning, monitor your progress, and help you build the confidence and capability needed to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences.
