Community Access Program

What is the Community Access Program?

At the Community Access Program, we’re here to help you or your clients navigate life after the Cashless Debit Card (CDC). Our services in the Bundaberg region are designed to build skills, confidence, and independence.

Whether the goal is to reconnect with the community, improve financial literacy, or access essential services, we’re here to guide every step of the way.

Who We Support

We provide tailored support for individuals aged 18 to 35 in the Hinkler Electorate. This includes:

  • Former CDC participants.
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ASTI) individuals.
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) groups.
  • Vulnerable individuals in need of extra care.

How We Can Help

Our program empowers individuals to achieve long-term independence through:

  • Service navigation: Connecting people to essential services.
  • Financial literacy: Building confidence in money management.
  • Digital skills and safety: Teaching safe and effective use of technology.
  • Wellbeing support: Enhancing mental, social, and emotional health.

We work collaboratively to create personalised plans that meet each individual's unique needs.
