Community Work Skills

Do you need current qualifications for employment?

Community Work Skills offers tailored assistance to help you gain nationally recognised skills and qualifications up to Certificate III. This can be a second chance even if you have previously completed a qualification. Your participation in the program is provided at no cost to you.

Tailored assistance:

Case management to assist building foundation skills
Support to complete quality training
Job search workshops and one-on-one sessions for resume writing, interviews, job applications, etc.

Training available:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
Certificate III in Individual Support (Home & Community Care)
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
Certificate III in Hospitality

Eligibility applies: Queensland residents 15 years or older and who have left school are encouraged to apply. All fees are paid by the Skilling Queenslanders for Work program.
