Tanya joined IMPACT Community Services in 1999 and worked in a range of management positions prior to being appointed as Chief Executive in 2011.
Balancing a strong academic and practical background in business management and mental health has assisted Tanya to apply sound business principles to the governance and strategic vision of an organisation that delivers a diverse and innovative suite of programs and services aimed at improving the life opportunities of some of the most vulnerable in the community.
She is genuinely committed to community capacity building, developing visionary leaders and creating agile workplaces that can pivot, mobilise and adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
Tanya is a Director of Surf Lifesaving Queensland and Chair of the Shalom College Board, a fellow and member of the IML Sunshine Coast Advisory Committee, a member of the RDA Wide Bay Burnett Committee, a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and member of the Australian Psychological Society and Australian Human Resources Institute.

With over 30 years service at IMPACT Community Services, Steve contributes a significant understanding of community social services, health, training and employment sector services.
His many years of involvement in direct service coordination and delivery, specialising in youth, employment and hospitality training sectors, and more than 20 years in management roles, underpin his current role.
Paea Ruka - CMgr FIML
There are few in the Bundaberg region’s employment services sector with more experience and know-how than Paea, who has worked in the industry for nearly two decades. She joined the team at IMPACT Community Services in 2017.
Paea has worked in the industry for nearly two decades, during a career that has seen her employed at the three largest employment service providers.
She joined the team at IMPACT Community Services in 2017.
Paea has overseen an extensive array of programs including jobactive, DES, Allied Health, NEIS, Apprenticeships, Indigenous programs - VTEC, CDEP, IEP and IAS, Centralised Business Systems and Support.
She currently oversees jobactive, Transition to Work, National Panel of Assessors, IMPACT's Registered Training Organisation and Skilling Queenslanders for Work.
She is experienced in leading large teams as well as delivering continuous improvement measures to support better performance across the different metrics of the business.
Robert came to the community sector from a long and distinguished career in Senior Management in the retail field. He started on the ground floor as a trainee at Coles-Myer and worked his way up to manager, sometimes directing up to 16 stores at once.
He spent 18 years there before moving into the retail hardware field with Bunnings and also Glenford Tool Centre Australia.
Robert moved into the community services sector with the Endeavour Foundation as Commercial Manager. He loves this type of work so much that he was coaxed out of retirement to finally settle in as Enterprises GM early 2020.

Nathan brings more than 20 years of experience managing language schools and an apprenticeship training company across Britain, Europe and America.
Since moving to Australia in 2011 and commencing with IMPACT Community Services, Nathan has held senior management roles in employment and commercial enterprise and is currently the General Manager Innovation.
