IMPACT is strongly committed to a safe and supportive environment where children and young people from all culturally diverse backgrounds are valued.  We have a zero tolerance for any form of harm, neglect or abuse and by actively promoting the Queensland Child Safe Organisations Standards we ensure our practices prioritise the rights, voice and safety of every child. 

IMPACT has embedded policy and procedure which ensure all services protect and support the needs of children and young people.

Together, We Move towards a future inclusive of all. This begins by acknowledging our presence on the lands of Aboriginal communities. IMPACT operates on the unceded lands of the Butchulla, Gureng Gureng, Wakka Wakka, Kabi Kabi, Wulli Wulli, Taribelang, Gurang and Byali. IMPACT has over 45 years of serving our communities and we are humbled in the presence of First Nations Peoples who share an ongoing connection to these lands for over 65,000 years. We are truly grateful to share and learn from their collective experiences. We respectfully live upon these lands, with good faith and a commitment to ongoing learning, sharing, caring and respecting these lands, the peoples, and the environment, together in humility.
