About the opportunity
We are seeking a Clinical Lead with IMPACT Community Health Service in Agnes Water. This full-time role provides clinical leadership and specialist support to the Health Services Manager in delivering safe, high-quality and person-centered healthcare services.
In this role, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to nursing staff.
- Deliver evidence-based, person-centred clinical services that achieve positive consumer outcomes.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments, care planning, interventions and evaluations.
- Provide expert guidance and support on complex clinical matters.
- Support clinical governance activities, ensuring safe, high-quality care delivery.
- Contribute to clinical incident management, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve service utilisation, consumer outcomes and sustainability.
- Use clinical and operational data to drive service improvement, funding opportunities and informed decision-making.
About you
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within community health, primary healthcare or multidisciplinary healthcare settings.
- Minimum 5 years post-registration clinical experience.
- Experience supervising and supporting clinical teams.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement frameworks.
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience using clinical software, reporting systems and data analytics to support quality improvement and service optimisation.
- Ability to accurately maintain clinical documentation and utilise reporting systems.
