At IMPACT Community Services we have created a holistic approach to gaining skills and employment. Whether you are a recent school leaver, returning to the workforce, or find yourself looking for a new career, we are able to help find the right career for you.
IMPACT’s Registered Training Organisation (Code: 0115) offers courses in high-demand sectors for the Bundaberg region, with funding available for eligible participants. The Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability and Home and Community) prepares students for work in the Aged Care, Home Care and Disability Support areas. Students complete a maximum of 13 weeks of theory and up to six weeks of on-the-job practical assessment. The Certificate III in Hospitality trains students about health and safety, food preparation and presentation, teaches barista-quality coffee skills and serving tips. Many of our graduates find employment opportunities before graduating.
The Workforce Australia team works closely with Government organisations such as Centrelink to assist job seekers in finding and maintaining employment, or help those looking for a new career into new avenues through job trainer.
