We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to join our Intensive Family Support (IFS) Service.
This role focuses on early intervention and intensive support for vulnerable families with children and young people (up to 18) who are at risk of entering the statutory child protection system.
As a Case Manager, you will deliver intensive, family-centred support to improve child safety, strengthen parenting capacity, and create positive, sustainable change.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
You are empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting families and improving outcomes for children.
You build strong, respectful relationships and can engage effectively with families experiencing complex challenges, including domestic and family violence.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident working both independently and as part of a team, and bring a practical, solution-focused approach to case management.
