Who We Help

The CPS program provides psychosocial support to people experiencing severe and complex mental illness who are not eligible for the NDIS but are currently being managed in a primary care setting via a General Practitioner (GP) and/or a Psychiatrist. Our support is delivered by peer support workers with lived experience of mental ill-health and recovery.
