Our Family and Youth Supports include:

  • Foundations for Life (FFL) Supporting vulnerable and at-risk women under 25 years and their partners in the Bundaberg region by improving access to antenatal and postnatal care. Through tailored education, support, and partnerships, the program helps create healthier futures for young families.
  • Family Mental Health Support Services (FMHSS) Focused on early intervention; this service helps families navigate mental health challenges. We provide practical strategies and emotional support to strengthen family dynamics and improve mental wellbeing.
  • Intensive Family Support (IFS) For families facing complex challenges, this program offers intensive, hands-on support. IFS helps families address issues, strengthen relationships, and create a more stable home environment.
  • Parenting Support (PS) Empowering parents and carers with the tools and strategies they need to build strong, positive relationships with their children. Our team offers guidance on effective parenting techniques to nurture children’s growth and development.
  • Pathways to Early Learning and Development (PELD) Focused on children’s early years, this program helps families create learning-rich environments. We provide resources and support to promote early childhood development and school readiness.
