About the Role

Join the IMPACT Community Services team in January 2025, as a full-time Manager Support Services. In this influential and critical role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality support services to the local community. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving the organisation's objectives and ensuring the efficient delivery of essential programs and initiatives.

To make a difference in this role, you will have

  • Extensive experience in a management role within the community services or not-for-profit sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organisational objectives
  • Strong understanding of the social and community issues facing the local region
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in budget management and financial reporting
  • Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field (Early Childhood, Mental Health, or leadership) and/or experience in community services or allied areas
