About the Position

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities? IMPACT Community Services is seeking dedicated NDIS Support Workers to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting participants to achieve their personal goals, increase their independence, and actively engage in the community. You will be working closely with participants to implement their NDIS plans, fostering an inclusive environment that empowers them. The position is based within the community and cannot be performed from home. As an NDIS Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate and driven team, contributing directly to the well-being and development of individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges.

To make a difference in this role, you will have

  • Enhance opportunities for community participation by promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities or mental health challenges in local activities.
  • Assist participants in developing life skills aligned with their NDIS plans, contributing to their independence and quality of life.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that empowers and supports participants.
