About the Position

IMPACT Community Services is currently seeking a dedicated Forklift & Truck Driver to join our dynamic Recycling & Collections team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials, ensuring that these tasks are carried out efficiently and safely. Your daily duties will include operating forklifts and trucks, including hooklift trucks, within the team, as well as managing the loading and unloading of materials as directed.

To Make a Difference in This Role

To excel in this position, you will need a High Risk licence with proven experience operating forklifts, and a Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid (MR/HR) licence for safe truck driving. A strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential. You will also be required to maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers, and comply with all workplace health and safety regulations.
