The Community Access Program (CAP) offers a range of supports and services delivered through individual consultations, group sessions, and interactive forums. The program strives to create a flexible and inclusive environment that welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds and abilities. The services provided by CAP, such as service navigation and case management, financial and digital literacy and safety, mental, social, and emotional well-being support, and mental health psychosocial support, aim to address various aspects of an individual's life to empower them and enable them to thrive.
Who is the IMPACT Community Access Program for?
CAP is specifically designed for individuals who are seeking to improve their overall well-being and quality of life. This program caters to those who desire to enhance their independence, integrate into their community, develop new skills, and experience personal growth.
CAP Eligibility
The Community Access Program (CAP) is available for ages 18+ in Bundaberg, Childers and surrounding areas.
To participate in the CAP, you need to meet our eligibility criteria. Please note that eligibility is determined based on certain factors.
