General Manager Corporate Services  

This role works closely with the Managing Director and General Managers to ensure strategies are developed and achieved collaboratively. It also provides strategic and operational leadership for the shared services functions of finance, information technology, marketing, compliance, workplace health & safety and human resources. We provide programs and services in Bundaberg, Childers, Gin Gin, Hervey Bay, Agnes Water and Kingaroy.

This leadership role coordinates enterprise-wide processes such as budgeting and drives continuous improvement within internal systems and processes. It provides autonomy, variety, and a mandate to improve effectiveness.

To make a difference in this role, you will have:

• A track record in generating and implementing strategic initiatives
• Experience and/or knowledge of providing professional services
• A history of managing multiple services or teams 
• Leadership and management skills, including coaching and mentoring
• Experience in providing reports and advice at Board level
