About the Position

IMPACT Community Services is seeking a dynamic and committed individual to fill the role of NDIS Service Manager. This pivotal position is designed to lead a client-focused and price-competitive service for NDIS participants. The role involves a strategic oversight of the NDIS and Independent Living Options programs, ensuring sustainable delivery and growth, managing annual plans and budgets, and maintaining compliance with all NDIS legislation and standards. This role is not just about management but about making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

To Make a Difference in This Role, You Will Have

To truly excel in this position, candidates will need a strong track record in managing and leading teams, a thorough understanding of person-centred practice, and working knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Financial literacy, experience in setting and managing budgets, and proficiency in using client information systems and MS Office suite are also crucial. Leadership skills and the ability to navigate the regulated industry landscape are essential.
