This is a newly created position that will service the Mundubbera and Eidsvold area. You will provide support to people with a disability to assist them to achieve their goals, increase their independence and participate in community life. The support may be one-on-one or group support, in the person's home, in public or at IMPACT's facilities.
To excel as an NDIS Support Worker, you will need a minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a commitment to continuous professional development. A positive attitude, professional conduct, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
